Well it turns out that FO has a BBT so FOM can vote for who they consider to be FO MOTW. MH was nominated by TB247. After a bit of a roller coaster ride but without the banging or height restrictions MH was voted to be FO MOTW.

After discussions with BB, it was decided that FOOOTW was not needed as OCSMs are members too and have every right to be nominated and voted for. Other FOMs that have a problem with that will just have to live with it.
