It's the age-limits. There was already a Miley Cyrus thread that was closed down because people were careless about what they posted. sp00ner is the man, though. Look at his posts in this thread. Everything shows very clearly that the pictures he's providing come from after Ms. Cyrus turned 18.
Have salty thoughts, but no salty discharges on salty pictures until they're legal, and then only on pictures of them after they're 18.
It seems like an arbitrary and artificial line, but a line has to be drawn somewhere.
