hey guys...I hope this post finds you well this March morning. I have been wanting to post a "Foodie" thread for a while so here goes.

I travel a lot and get exposed to a lot of different types of cuisine. I honestly no longer have a favorite food. When you are able to experience so much culinary varieties it makes it impossible to have one favorite, in my opinion.

Southern Indian food in London is fucking amazing. So different than the Indian food we are used to here in the US.

Meat Pies in Australia and New Zealand are unreal. Chicken Curry meat pie or Mince Meat pie. Awesome!

Pumpkin Risotto or Duck Ragu with Pappardelle pasta in Northern Italy.

Roast Duck and potatoes or just a simple ham and cheese on baguet in France

Tappas in Barcelona with Paella that would make Estelle Costanza proud!

Shepards Pie with a really cold Guiness in the English countryside!

Fried white anchovies in vinegar in Sicily that make you rethink your entire life.

Jerk pork slow roasted in Jamaica so spicy and bursting with flavor you think about it for days afterward.

Tangine beef with cabbage in Morocco with Moroccan cookies with a macaroon-like texture and crisp crust.

A bratwurst with saur kraut in Berlin at 3am with an amazing stein of beer. So simple yet so fucking good!

So as you can see I love good food. I love to be surprised by something I never thought I would like. Now I'm not a person who eats bull testicles or any of that crazy shit. But I mean like a sauce I never thought I would like or a sandwich that just doesn't sound good! lol I recently had a cocktail that had Rosemary in it that was fucking GREAT! Who woulda thought it?

Here are some of my favorite meals I have had recently with photos :)

I made this at home all on the grill - Prime Filet medium rare - roasted corn - clams grilled so they steam in their own juices! - Dunegoness Crab - wedge salad w/ blue cheese

I made this one also - Chicken Curry with Sticky Rice and some scallions on top

At a restaurant in the Old City in Nice, France I had these prawns which were the size of lobsters and they were served with truffle potatoes slow cooked in the drippings from roasting chickens and were awesome!

On a train stop in Ventimeglia where I went to this highly recommended little cafe and had their onion soup which was fucking amazing!

How fucking good does THIS look? In Milan I had this pizza fire baked and a great bottle of wine!

And to DIE FOR is the simple but fantastic lamb ragu with pappardelle pasta in Verona Italy!

Jacks are great dogs. Smart enough to do your taxes. Did you raise Skip from a pup? Jack training can be quite challenging.

knows petras secret: she farted.
words of advice for your new animal friend: always grain free dog food, no human food (do it once and thats it), and NO mcdonalds.

im raising a big stink at my local megamarts in regards to the lack of grain free pet food. they had some good shit then they discontinued it.

i went and called the manufacturer and found that they still make it, its just that the market decided to pulled it. they need options for people who care about their pets and know what's good for them and whats not. not everyone is stupid enough to feed their cats and dogs a diet of corn.

fyi, taste of the wild rocks. good price, solid ingredients. people are always shocked at my pet's healthly coats and build.
