About 15 mins before the chicken is cooked pour over honey and taragon then use the sticky juices to make the gravy, delicious

just made a nice morning meal of jalepino sausage and eggs / mushrooms / tomatoe / peppers topped with pecerino cheese which came out amazing! i have a local sausage maker who will make anything I ask, so usually it's duck sausage but i thought i'd add some spice and made it jalepino with pork shoulder which made some very nice sausage!
