The Love With Food monthly box sounds like something I might get into. I found a few other videos for different monthly boxes from them. None of that stuff would I pick up in a store to try, but being a sampling box of goodies may make me pick them up if I see them in a store. I just dropped my $10 per month newspaper delivery for weekends since I don't really read it. I'll go the extra 2 bucks for a surprise in the mail for stuff that I might enjoy.
Much of what I've seen are vegan and small startup gourmet company items. Mostly snacks that are going to ask a premium price at retail. But then again, at $12 including shipping, they pack enough variety in there to give you a generous sampling. Everyone that gets a box is sending out a meal to someone too. Hard to argue against subscribing to this.

she looks like Princess Kate but she is not in the industry at all. She's one of my best friends who lives nearby. she's cute as hell though huh?

I had to watch the lobster video twice.
First, where am I going to find a 27oz. lobster tail in NJ? I hate, hate, HATE you for being able to get such stuff.
Secondly, the simplicity of what to do with it. You were right. It's a big fucking lobster tail! Ain't much to do to improve upon the flavor of lobster. Some say smaller is sweater but get the big guy and see what you can do with that. Bigger chewer steak size don't take away from the basic ingredient of the dish. IT'S FUCKING LOBSTER! That's what you want to taste.
Thirdly. I've been to a friend's house where fried calamari was served the same way. He pulled this stuff out of the pan to be eaten right there in the kitchen. I got the heads up to eat it there since it wasn't going to make out to the party. That was a retrospect. Lobster tails served the same size a mignon is just awesome.
