I had to watch the lobster video twice.
First, where am I going to find a 27oz. lobster tail in NJ? I hate, hate, HATE you for being able to get such stuff.
Secondly, the simplicity of what to do with it. You were right. It's a big fucking lobster tail! Ain't much to do to improve upon the flavor of lobster. Some say smaller is sweater but get the big guy and see what you can do with that. Bigger chewer steak size don't take away from the basic ingredient of the dish. IT'S FUCKING LOBSTER! That's what you want to taste.
Thirdly. I've been to a friend's house where fried calamari was served the same way. He pulled this stuff out of the pan to be eaten right there in the kitchen. I got the heads up to eat it there since it wasn't going to make out to the party. That was a retrospect. Lobster tails served the same size a mignon is just awesome.
Fourthly I hate, hate, HATE YOU for being able to get that.
