Well, Mariah yelled at me and told me I should participate in this thread. So, here is my Easter menu:
- brunch will be home made cinnamon rolls among other traditional dutch goodies eaten for Easter since my parents are here and have never had them.
- dinner will start with a carpaccio. Then the main course is a roasted rack of lamb with dijon and rosemary accompanied by white asparagus, roasted carrots and potatoes in olive oil, garlic and rosemary with pine nuts. Dessert will be carrot cake with a white chocolate cream cheese dressing.
Everything from scratch. If I think about it, I'll take pictures or maybe even a video.
