Scaloppine alla pizzaiola, was one of the first recipies I tried to make, back when I was 14-15, even convinced my Nonno (who was the best cook in the family), and still love to make them and especially eat them
Personally I like to make them in the traditional Neapolitan way, with capers added to the tomato sauce. Preferred meat is of course veal escalopes, but a lot of different cuts and meats can be swapped. A great variant I like, is to add some fresh mozzarella cheese sliced, and put it under the broiler for a bit (or alternatively, add the meat to the sauce in the pan, add a few slices of mozzarella and cover with the lid).
