My phone has been killing me lately with reminders. This is the time of year I usually am traveling and the last week has been especially painful as I sit here at home because 4 years ago this week I was on the Amalfi Coast in Italy enjoying one of the best trips of my life!

just got home from a week in Montreal and the meals I had were legendary. Of course, Joe Beef was the highlight but the smoked meat sandwich at Schwartz's was crazy good as always. Dinner at the Syrian restaurant Damas was incredible and to me is one of the best restaurants on the planet.
The seafood is incredible with oysters and urchin and scallops as good as you'll find anywhere!

Pommes Duchesse witth Mushroom Velouté basically its puree of mashed potatoes egg yolk and butter and then pipped and baked. I do it with a hole in the center so I can fill it with a mushroom cream sauce. It is 1 of the greatest things to ever be put on a plate. Looks easy but technical & easy to F up. The BEST Homemade Gravy Recipe EVER! Made Using Marrow Bones! Bone Marrow Gravy Recipe!​

Super easy recipe for the BEST gravy you'll ever have in your life! Just roast any vegetables in a skillet. Add some flour thats equal amounts to the oil/butter in the skillet. Mix it in and cook it til its thick then add some broth or stock. then add the marrow bones. SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!

I had this on a trip to Nice back in 2010 and have been in love ever since! It's super simple and just a matter of putting ingredients together! The Dressing: Anchovies Romaine Lettuce Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Worcestershire Sauce Pepper Can of High Quality Tuna (or Broiled fish like swordfish, tuna steak, salmon) Boiled Potatoes in Olive Oil w Sea Salt & Pepper Steamed Green Beans Hardboiled Eggs You can add Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas, Olives, Tomatoes if you'd like!

I've had this many places but when I had it at Bistro Paul Bert in Paris the first time it blew me away! I have made it many times and it'll never be as good but I gotta tell you, it's pretty F'ing delicious and it's easy to make! You'll need: Thick quality steaks NY or Filet are best! heavy whipping cream Brandy or Cognac Beef stock shallot butter NOT Margarine! Sea salt & pepper french fries thin cut! Serve it on a big plate and totally cover the steak with the sauce! Pile the fries high and enjoy!!!!!! xxx Mariah

I prefer proper English thick cut chips myself, cannot argue the steak looks great.

Sometimes life isn't that straightforward gorgeous. So 18months of not travelling abroad. Finally made it to Porto last October. Brilliant place. Some good plans for this year now the world is opening up.

I was just thinking you should ask the admin to change your current account as your OCSM account, as I take it you're not using the MariahXXX account anymore. It might be helpful since admin has said that they'll be noting OCSM accounts on the homepage, so I take it that means that it will be beneficial to show that this one is currently yours.

Been there done that I think Im not permitted to have OCSM status anymore lol
 
When I posted on here that I was done filming porn and starting a youtube channel about cooking I was laughed at by many. A lot of the girls made fun and talked shit, but then suddenly a LOT of porn girls were doing cooking and travel videos and continued to copy through the years. Flattery gets no greater!
But many of you were kind of encouraging and have been along for the ride since day one and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. February has been quite a month for this little project I started and I have many of you to thank. We reached 20 MILLION views, 50K Subscribers and my videos have had 700,000 hours watched!
I have the certificates to prove it ;)
So I'd like to thank all of you for validating my idea and helping me to make it into something to be proud of. It truly is appreciated and those that laughed and made fun, I appreciate you even more. You motivated me and as a proud Sicilian there's little I enjoy more than a challenge.
