I sauteed some radishes for the first time yesterday. They take on a really different flavor and texture when cooked. Almost like turnip but not as earthy. Interesting but I don't know if I'd do it again. Maybe deep fried.

first of all I am a shark conservationist and the murder of sharks very well may be our undoing long before climate change. We have decimated more than 90% of the entire shark population and we catch and butcher more than 100+ MILLION sharks every year. A huge majority of that goes to the ***** who believe that shark fins are a sign of affluence and have healing powers, even though there is absolutely zero scientific proof of any of it. They believe since sharks don't get disease (they DO!) that if they eat them they won't get sick either. Ignorance at it's finest!

Also, sharks are the apex predator, the very top of the food chain, so they absorb everything that's in the fish that they eat. They have proven beyond question that shark meat is so full of mercury that it is toxic to humans.

So to answer your question, OF COURSE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend this film. it's truly one of the best I have ever seen. It proves that sharks are NOT man eaters. 5 people a year die from shark attack. 100 people are killed by elephants. think of all the tens of millions of people who swim in the ocean and only 5 are killed a year.
