A good steak rare or almost uncooked is good...just a quick flip on the grill...these days you have to be careful where you get the steak if you're going in the still mooing direction.

And lobster with butter...oh yeah :nanner:

Nothing better than a good steak; rare as hell.
I want that thing still mooing.:D
As a second choice; lobster.
Being from New England I love seafood.:yesyes:

First had bison in Seattle, Washington...great stuff and it nothing to do with a penis as far as I know...I'd eat it again if I could find it around here :rofl2:

Bison. Hands down, bison meat is the best meat around. And no, I'm not going to make any penis jokes. As hard as it may be (HA...hard), I'm not going to do it (HA...do it).

Stuffed pork chops have always been one of my favorites.

We are cooking a pork shoulder for New Years...have done it every year...slow cooked for about 8 hours with Maple and Apple wood...to die for...never have any leftovers with all our friends coming by...darn :(

I love pork chops.

Sparky..some of the best meat you can eat..(other than 'Mega:o) is Elk....

You can probably get all the Elk you want up around Flagstaff....good, lean tasty protein...I would suggest mixing a little pork with it for the fat and eating it burger styled (bbq)..

Allot of yokels go to AZ to hunt Elk for the thrill and seem to forget how much meat comes along with the ****....

I believe there are places up around Flagstaff that will harvest the meat from the ***** and make it available for sale...

I have to agree on the wild meats, Buffalo, Elk and Moose are delicious. :yummie: So are fish raw, however I love salmon, bass, anything you can catch yourself that's edible can be quite delicious with a little work and know-how. :yummie:

Thanks for the tip...I'm going to check it out. I agree with having to mix a little fat with it as I had to do that with Bison too...gets a little dry without it. I like lean meat, but these ******* aren't fatty (fit and trim) and raised like beef and pork are.

I love a good charcoal grilled ribeye steak.....but if any of you have never had a pork tenderloin, that should be on your to-do list. So juicy and tender, its always a big hit and the first to get eaten when we cook 'em.

Don't you know it!!! Pork tenderloin is awesome and usually when we cook it (slow smoked on the grill with Apple & Maple wood), it is the first to go and I usually miss the boat to eat it because I'm making the side dishes
