Clinton (until he crashed and burned) and Reagan were way up on that scale.
Obama wasn't too far behind.
Trump can be compelling, but is more of a caricature, with not so much genuine charm.

I didn't fall for Barack Obama's hopey changey and lowering the sea levels, school **** singing his praises when he was elected, but I admit, he was charismatic.
You kind of have to be to be elected President. But as much as? Barack Obama could bring tears to Jesse Jackson and Oprah and white liberals while delivering his acceptance speech. President Trump has a different kind of charisma that guys understand.

Gore has all the charisma of a cold bowl of oatmeal. Charisma is difficult to define exactly but it's easy to spot when it's real. Not that many people, much less presidents, have it. JFK had charisma. I can't really think of another president in my lifetime that possessed it to any significant degree....certainly not like Jack Kennedy did.
