Delicious and healthy! I eat them right in hand, sometimes with a pinch of salt.
These are just terrific! Becks and I both enjoy indulging in these.
As for my shopping habits, I thought Facetious, D-rock, and LadyLove had some great points. I almost never buy name brand unless it is on sale for cheaper than store brand. I sometimes clip coupons and almost never buy anything not on sale. Also I try not to buy anything I don't need. These "impulse items" often are the costliest in regards of money AND health.
You know, for years I have been going to the bakery thrift outlet and buying fresh bread, rolls, cake, etc. at half off. Recently I was getting 3 loaves of Whole Wheat bread for $2.85 for example (.95 each). Sadly, the prices have been climbing even there over the past year and now it's more like $1.60 a loaf now, buy two for $2.95. That is a 33% rise in less than a year. What about milk, which rose at least that amount?
As I've predicted in some of the economic threads, prices real people pay for real necessary goods, as well as gasoline must go way up and will continue to do so. I don't live with my Mommy, so she doesn't pay for me, but for a ****** of 4 on a budget, that is an intolerable weekly increase across the board already and it's going to get a lot worse.
I guess that Cadillac Escalade POS or that big ego fulfilling truck because I think I have a small weiner will maybe wait a few years.

I have started eating more egg whites now that I know somebody that eats the yokes so I don’t waste them. They’re not too bad. I make sure I use a non-stick cooking spray to fry them in instead of oil though.
Collard greens. I'm not black, and I'm not from the South, so if all of the bullshit stereotypes are to be accounted for, I shouldn't even eat collard greens. In fact, I didn't have them for the first time until last year. A friend cooked them up with some bacon drippings, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. GodDAMN those are good.
