Honestly since he made a stupid mistake I don't care if she took eveything. I also don't care if she only got 2 dollars. (I WANT MY 2 DOLLARS!) What I really want is for all the stupid stories to go away.

I don't get your point. When two people are married generally the those concept of her and his is no more, it's theirs, and more than just in a legal sense. Why should people get upset at her taking the money THAT'S HERS. That's why she should get pretty much half of what he has because it her money to take. There being married pretty much means joint everything, that's the whole concept of marriage.

If he had a problem with it he should never have gotten married in the first place, should never have had children with her, and should never had cheated on her. While who might be at fault for infidelity might not be legally binding (or course neither is who made the money either) the fact he was pretty much was in the wrong also makes me have zero sympathy for him for her taking the money.
