Christy Mack / War Machine story

There you go lumping people into one category. Just because the police let you get butt fucked in a holding cell doesn't mean it was their fault. It was yours for being a dumb fuck. Whenever I've dealt with small children while wearing my uni, invariably there will be some dumbass mother who'll say something stupid like, "If you do something wrong, these are the guys who will come and get you." And I'll go out of my way to say something like, "Lady, are you really that stupid? Teach your kid to run to someone with a badge when there's a problem. Otherwise, you're just teaching them to be afraid of the wrong people." Some people get it and re-think their perspective. Personally, I blame your mother for raising a stupid kid who never learned.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the way you talk to your own mother. Oh and there's another thing your lousy organization should be taught. Some courteous manners to civilians...

It sounds as if you have personally experienced unpleasant encounters with police. Could you tell us about those situations?

My only problem was how the cops arrested him since he didn't used any violence. If he did then yeah I can see the police having to go to extreme measure but he didn't go to extreme measure and yet they (Police) still went as far which was unnecessary.

I don't know about cops in the US but here in the UK, when restraining a potentially violent suspect, they use as many men as possible. This minimises the risk of injury to both the police and the suspect. It may look brutal but there is far less chance of anyone getting hurt if there are more police involved in the restraint. Remember, in this case, the man that they were arresting is well known to be violent, has been in prison for assault and is being arrested for brutally beating a woman to within an inch of her life. Do the think that the police should wait until the man lashes out before restraining him, or minimise the risk to everyone by going in strong and ensuring that he is unable to cause anyone injury?

He didn't lash out. He didn't even put up a fight so there was no need for the police to do that. Just arrest him normally.

My point is that he couldn't lash out as he had been restrained. If you just arrest him "normally", what it to stop him from lashing out and hurting someone. The chances of him then being hurt in return are also heightened. He is a known violent man trained as a fighter, so you do not take the chance. He had been called out to the hotel because of attacking someone else
, so there was no way of knowing what would do.

"Hotel guest Mary Casamento called police after allegedly watching a “big dude” yelling and pushing another woman, according to KTLA. The woman was reportedly attempting to calm him down and he “grabbed her by the hair,” Mary said."

Doesn't make a difference. He did not show any type of violence when the cops arrived. There was no need for the police to do that. Just because he is viewed as violent that does not mean he is going to attack every person he sees in public.

I will say this again.
He showed no sign of violence because he was not given the chance to do so.
He is a violent person and could snap at any time. The way that the police acted was right and proper in ensuring that everyone involved was kept safe from this VIOLENT and DANGEROUS person.

Oh, and by the way, were you a witness to his arrest?
One witness statement says that he was tased after a gun was spotted. It does not sound like he came out with his hands up!

All I keep on hearing is this guy using excuses like others to justify abuse towards women. I pretty sure we'll hear no I'm not and all this junk but to continue with excuse after excuse how douchebag War Machine was treated, movie references, etc just tells me that your on the same level as douche bag War Machine. there is no justification in the world to do a woman or women the way Christy Mack was done, plain and simple. What he got from the cops was light in comparison that he did to her.

So, what are your views on jails and prisons, bars and fences or no bars and fences?

He is not a monster. He might be a crab but he is no monster. Sure he has issues but then again everyone has their personal issues in life. I believed he handled himself well under the circumstances. A violent and dangerous person as you have described wouldn't have done so. Also how do you know he could snap anytime? Just because he is an mma fighter? Is that how you would view all mma fighters as "dangerous" and "violent"? Tisk tisk...:nono:
No I wasn't a witnessed during his arrest although when I saw the photos of him shackled by his legs I was shocked and even more shocked in the news reports that he did not put up any type of harm or physical struggle or in any way fight with police. If he did tried to put up any type of physical harm well then yeah I can see the police having to go to extreme measures but he did not and the cops still went further to show their power. The horror...

It would be nice if we lived in a world where there were no jails or prisons period. There are a lot of ppl in prison right now who do not deserve to be facing time or death.

Well, Derp. The pictures and medical report of his attack on two people would prove that they handled the situation correctly. If I'm going after someone who caused that kind of damage you can be sure I'm not going after them with a butterfly net.

Still no denial that you got raped in a holding cell.

Christy I Hope Your Doing Better Each & Every Day Girl!! Get Better As Fast As You Can!! Wishing You All The Best!! X's & O's!!:drawheart:

Now as for the idiot called "War Machine", this is a FARCE!! 1. First thing your taught in Martial Arts is "Control"!! For when you get your "White Belt", your "Body" is classified as a "Weapon" by law!
I never knew he was around till Christy got beat up, I looked last night, he's only a "Brown Belt", geez, I even made a Black Belt with 3 Stripes, called 3rd. Dan Black Belt.
My cousin in Mass. is HEAVY into MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) I watched some footage & fights he told me to look of so called War Machine, he doesn't follow the teachings he claims he was taught,
He just a Basic Street Brawler that's all, and had some luck. So as to why the Police took NO CHANCE with this NUT is because his Body Is A Weapon, just like a gun or knife or baseball bat.
Yes, I wish there was no Violence, no Crime, No Rapes, we wouldn't have need for Cops & Jails & Prisons!! But that just ain't the case! No matter where you look, things are not good!! I wish it was!!

So yes, you agree with bars and fences for jails and prisons? Or no, you don't agree with bars and fences for jails and prisons? Again, it's obviously not the police you have a problem with, it's the laws they're charged with enforcing that you don't like. You don't seriously expect cops to ignore the laws they're sworn to uphold, do you?

You Might regain some credibility in this thread if you recanted your support of "War Machine" but you're not going to do that because you sincerely believe what he did wasn't all that bad. You can play the "innocent until proven guilty" card all you want, but we're not a jury and have no duty to assume he's innocent and the cops always err on the side of caution when they take a suspect accused of extremely violent crimes into custody. It's not like they pulled some random person out of a hotel room, they had a signed warrant for several violent felonies, the only way he could have avoided being taken into custody the way that he was would have been to surrender at a police station. He likely still would have been treated with extreme caution, just look at the pictures of the crimes he's accused of committing, barbaric stuff and certainly not something he's going to garner any sympathy over.

He is not a monster.

Has anybody nominated this dipshit for asshat of the week???

Warmachine has a history of assault! This isn't his first rodeo! What is it going to take for you to realize that this shit bird belongs in prison now? He has ruined his privileges to walk among the free!

Legal problems:

On September 2, 2007, he was found guilty of striking a Las Vegas man in the face and choking him unconscious during a parking lot scuffle. In February, 2008, he was sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days of community service, avoiding the possible felony charge and accompanying prison time.

On February 22, 2008, War Machine pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery, and was fined and sentenced to probation.

In August, 2010, War Machine was sentenced to one year in the county jail for a felony assault conviction stemming from a fight at a Point Loma bar earlier in the year, as well as an additional fight at a Pacific Beach bar. He was imprisoned in the San Diego's George Bailey Detention Facility and served time in administrative segregation.

After going to jail, Machine maintained his Twitter account as well as a blog documenting his time in jail. In this blog, he stated that "The oppression of MEN is worse than oppression of Jews in Nazi Germany, worse than the slavery of Blacks in early America... I'm not exaggerating either."

On February 1, 2012, it was announced via Machine's Twitter that he will be serving another year of jail time, due to preceding events. He was released on October 29, 2012.

On August 8, 2014, it was reported that Christy Mack and an associate were assaulted in her Las Vegas home. Mack was taken to the hospital where it was found that Mack suffered from 18 broken bones, a broken nose, missing teeth, a fractured rib and a ruptured liver. Mack alleged that it was War Machine who carried out the attack. According to Mack, War Machine also tried to rape her. On August 15, War Machine was arrested in Simi Valley, California, by U.S. Marshals and Simi Valley police.

Dipshit, I find you undeniably fucking retarded.

He's reminding of this woman I knew way back in my first message board ever many years ago. She was always very contradictive no matter the topic. Well, she finally one day admitted to me via e-mail that she actually more often than not took the opposing stance on a topic on purpose vs. what the majority of the people on the board were taking ... just to stir up controversy because she loved debating. Yep, she more often than not didn't necessarily believe what she was saying. She just loved to debate so she purposely stirred up shit.
