Deepcover is doing his assair imitation. It took me a while to figure it out but I got it.

I thought at first he was just fucking around but posted the same thing in another thread. He is serious.

This guy wasn't wanted for slashing his neighbor's tires or sitting in his house. He was facing 2 felony assault charges, something he went to jail for in the past. He crossed state lines. A violent flight risk fugitive. Federal marshals needed to be involved. Not knowing who else was in the room with him, no idea if he had any weapon with him, no idea what his reaction would be, you just bust in with guns drawn and take him down. Secure him for transport and cart his ass to the station. He didn't go to that motel room to turn himself into the cops. This guy was on the run. Not only were they there to capture him but to also make sure he didn't get away. So what is your problem with the leg shackles in this instance? He didn't put up a fight? What if he broke loose from those cuffs and didn't have the leg shackles on? It's for criminals like him that they make that stuff.

I don't believe the cops handled the situation professionally since he did not use any type of violence.
I've never been nominated for asshat of the year and don't think I ever will...

What possible details could be missing to exonerate this guy? We heard both sides. War Machine admitted he was there. Admitted that he was surprised and angered. 2 people went to the hospital. Even though he had a key it was not his house. You do not create disturbances in someone else's house. Is any of this sinking in? Let's say both of them picked up a knife. It was not his house, run out the door.

Having seen Raging Bull, I have no idea why you suggest that as an example of how you understand why men can abuse women. Because they overcook a steak? Because they refuse to admit that they're cheating when they're not? Call me crazy, but I don't call either of those sufficient instances as to why men might abuse women. All your statement is doing is constructing a fallacy that says under certain circumstances it's reasonable for anybody to abuse anybody, which it's not.

With the photos evidence and War Machine's record, hopefully the judge isn't asleep at the wheel. Hopefully the judge sees that there's no doubt that War Machine needs to be taught a serious lesson and needs to be made an example out of for any other would be assaulters out there.
