Best Cartoon Ever?

it's got to be looney tunes...simpsons...and family guy
dexter's lab from cartoon network was pretty good, but not an all time great

I'm surprised no one has said Bugs Bunny and/or Daffy Duck! So many classics...

When I was in college...I was a fan of Thundercats...watched it in my dorm room most afternoons.

Nowadays... Definitely the Simpsons.

OMG someone slit my throat for forgetting Ren & Stimpy and Beavis & Butthead!!! Those are two of the funniest, intellectually stimulating cartoons ever (despite the notion from casual observers who find them to be puerile/childish)!!!

I deserve a ban just for forgetting to mention those two cartoons! lol :ban:

I liked some of the old classics like the Loony Toons especially Wiley Coyote and the roadrunner.

I also like these at one time or another
Family Guy
South Park
Simpsons
Thundercats
Futurama
Transformers
Garfield

I also liked some of the more overlooked, short-lived, or obscure cartoons like
Eak the Cat (the cave people on that especially) and
Animaniacs
Not a cartoon, but some of the old Muppet shows where good (and even had some adult humor in them that I never realized at the time)

80's cartoons were th best... I remember as a Kid waking up and watching the Smurfs, Thundercats, Transformers, He-man, Captain Planet sooo many good cartoons...They just dont make them like they used to

As an Adult, I still like Family Guy, South Park, The Simpsons and King of the Hill and Futurama

Heres a good site for nostalgics

Tom & Jerry (pre-1960s)
Scooby Doo (pre-Scappy and the other hangers-on :1orglaugh )
Top Cat
Battle of the Planets: opened my eyes to Japanese animation (but 7-zark-7, and 1-rover-1 deserves stranding on a desert island)
The Simpsons
Family Guy
Loony Tunes
Johnny Quest
Samurai Jack
Justice League Unlimited
I'd like to include Akira (but it feels wrong labelling Akira as a "cartoon")

DAMN :)mad: at myself)!!

How could I forget Ren & Stimpy, South Park, Secret Squirrel, Wacky Races, Dick Dastardly & Mutley, the Impossibles and Dangermouse?

Defenders of The Earth.
Spiderman And His Amazing Friends.
The Mysterious Cities of Gold.
Around The World With Willy Fogg.

Can't believe no one's mentioned 'He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe' yet.

When I was a kid, I couldn't wait to get home to watch USA Cartoon Express with such classics as Clue Club, Devlin, Wheelie, Hair Bear Bunch, etc.
Also, I loved G.I. Joe, Looney Toons, Scooby-Doo, etc.
Current favorites are the Simpsons, Family Guy, Harvey Birdman.

*Thundercats
*Scooby-Doo

But my fav was Dungeons and Dragons

My list:

G.I.Joe (The real american heroes)
Transformers (Optimus Prime's best quote: "Autobots, Lets roll out")
Defenders of the Earth (Flash Gordon, Phantom, Mandrake & Lothar rock!!!!)
ThunderCats (Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats Hooooooooooo)
SilverHawks (Partly metal, partly real)
He-Man (Master of the Universe j/k)
Jayce & the Wheeled Warriors (Lets go Lightning League.)
TigerSharks (This cartoon was sorta good, sad that it only lasted for a short time).
StreetSharks (They're Jawsome. Er, awesome.)
Zorro (I remember this cartoon since I was a kid.)
Dungeons & Dragons (Loved how they each got their own costumes)
X-Men (90's version because that guy did a excellent job as Wolvie. And I'm a small fan of George Buza.)
Spider-Man & his Amazing friends (Spider-Friends go for it.)
Dinosaucers (Awesome one, just wish they had more episodes.)

I got some more, but I don't wanna post em all.

Yep, that's the list. I still watch those cartoons.

Ren & Stimpy, Rocco's Moderen Life, and Bevis & Butthead. All Classics!

Ren & Stimpy hands-down is the greatest of all time! The Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen bit is unequalled in the annals of cartoondom!

:glugglug:

i`am from Argentina and it's incredible how The Simpsons can do a show making jokes about the american way of life. and here in my country we have fan with same jokes.
i think they are the best
