I am only up to Tetra right now. It is about time to check to see if I ****** by any esper. I do this intentionally so I can collect one or two and max them out along with 2* right away.

YEAH I **** using 100 lapis revive but if you're that close and done might as well suck it up! I've done that many a time lol

Well I have my shiny cure robe on Fina. Pushed her spr and mag up some more. Goodness I love CG Fina! Great attacker, mag destroyer, healer... I wish she had the stop cure. But if they did that Ayaka would be back working in the candy store stealing company merchandise for Sakura lol

By the way, are you saving your arena medals? I heard some gossip arena might be getting some upgrades and some people are saving them. I'm at 800 now. Some are 3k and more because of waiting for this upgrade to allegedly happen.

LOL you're like me with the espers. I was only up to Tetra too, even though I had the dungeons unlocked all the way up to phoenix. I'm going through all of them now because of the 50% NRG, plus I finally have a team than can handle them.
Just a word of warning though, if you upgrade your espers to 2* right away you'll never see their 1* animations! I actually didn't realize this for a while so I missed some of them.
There's no way of going back, so it might be nice to check them out a couple of times before awakening them 'cause you'll never see them in-game again.

I totally hoard my arena medals. I save them up until I have a unit I want to upgrade, and then splurge on them. So I have 18K now, but I had well over 22K before I cashed a bunch in to upgrade Ayaka.
I hope they'll do something special with them!

Man, I pulled a whole stack of 4* tix for CG Fina. I know I have Ayaka but I thought it would be nice to have an alt healer.
I ended up with Lasworm and a ****-ton of Chizs. At least I got that Katana Mastery TMR for Lasworm LOL.
I farmed LB pots from the maze so I got his LB up to L20 & awakened him. I might put him up for my friend unit just to mix things up. He's supposed to be a good DPS, right?

Ah allow me to ease that Esper video burden from you and tell you you can indeed view them! Go to Menu>Guides>Espers and pick one. You will see the arrows to view each illustration of 1-3* and in top right corner it has PLAY! So view anytime you wish :hatsoff:

And honestly I don't use or keep up with any info concerning Lassie. I haven't used him since my first month or two playing lol

Obviously I had no clue about that! So I guess if you have the mats to upgrade them to 2* Lv40, then there's no reason to hold back!
I just checked and they have them for CG LBs too! Yay~~

I was busy yesterday consolidating my cacts. Thurs was the one day that:
a) You could start fusing cacts
b) you could still do the raid summon
c) You still had amazing enhancements (1.5~2x bonus)

So I wait till that day to cash in my raid coins and all those cacts in my inbox and fused them all together. I ended up with 2 full king cacts, 2 full gigantaurs and a partial reg cact. The good thing is that it cleared out my inbox & character list so I have so much space now!
I also cashed in ALL of my friend points on the moogle bonus. I only got about 4 TMRs but that's better than a bunch of 1~2* units I don't want. Did you do the friend point summon yet?

I awakened Jake to Lv100, so with Lv 100 Nicky/Jake/Lasworm + 2 Chiz + a Friend CG Sakura I can beat LGD consistently. The only thing is that it becomes worth it only when you get those rabbits, but when you do.... oh boy! Sometimes they come out twice (so a total of 7 battles), and think I got around 15K bokken per run. But that's pretty rare.

I had about 100K, but I cashed most of it with the exclusive stuff, the 10% mog, all the sacred crysts (always do that) most of the 3* mogs (except for those super-expensive ones) and topped up my 5* mats.
I think now I'm going to focus on the story event and try to **** those ability crysts. Thanks to the raid I have 23Mil Gil, so I can finally afford to awaken some abilities just for fun.
It feels like many of the players have moved on as well since my friend list, which was FULL of CG characters is back to the normal ones now...

I am glad you finally read about espers. I knew that would excite you knowing that info!

Yes I am waiting for my 2nd friendship point summon when my points round up. So far I can only get 44. I did 50 already and lucked out big time. Only three out of the fifty I do not have units for. Few dupes but I definitely had help. I'm worried about using my second half in case I get crap lol

Oh! So last night I used 4 4* tickets. Each one was Rikku! I had 7 Rikkus altogether. I used four regular tickets at same time and got all Jacks. I thought the summons was broken and almost messaged support because I found that to be too weird. So I I did one more 4* ticket and it was a rainbow. My 2nd CG Sakura! So this morning I used some ticket to try for Reagan. I snatched my 2nd CG Lid! I was wishing for Fina and Lid. But I won't complain. I just for a moment thought the system was broken lol

I'm going to grind cactuar dunes tomorrow.

I get you need cacts, but don't forget to clear the story event so you can get to those ability cryst caves!

Now you can get that perfect 80-hit chain! (Probably won't be too hard to hit 100+ as well)
Also don't forget to get Rikku's pouch if you already haven't. That thing is amazing, esp in the arena

I did the story event yesterday. I have a few missions I need to clear for some lapis and crysts. I mainly do these for lapis anymore. I have a lot of crysts and gil and waiting for some units to get abilities awakened.

My main thing is I hope they compensate us for the lack of daily quests. Especially the weekend now. Moogles and lapis unattainable. Plus my arena tickets.

Yea two CG Sakura with a friendship unit on top of my TT chaos wave. Should chain well lol

I've been doing the step-up's after clearing a story event level for the first time. I read somewhere that when you clear a special stage for the first time and then immediately to a summon, your chances of a rare go up.
I don't know if it's true, but I have noticed some luck in getting rainbows like that, so I figure why not?
So I finished the last story mission (Sophia is so cute!), did step 3 of the step up and got a rainbow! I was like, yay, *****! I can skip the rest of the steps!

Well, it's my first one, so I guess it's cool. I hear her TMR is pretty good. I just don't know where to fit her in my team right now. Maybe she can cap my OK chains, but *** has a weird delay I'm still trying to figure out the timing to. Do you have her?

Olive is a heavy hitter! Good for you my man! A friend unit of mine has her up to 1700 and thst every three round auto hit she does usually wipes the round out if make it to 3 lol make sure you enhance her too. I would take olive as a wonderful addition.

Well I did a 5k lapis pull on Reagan banner... got some golds and a rainbow. I thought Reagan, Too! Nope. My first Aileen. Which I'm hapoy about. She can be a huge hitter and help unit too, if I remember right.

Any new TMRs?

1700?? HOly crap. Even my loaded Sephy is like 1100. It's just that weird delay that throws off the timing; too early and the chain isn't long enough, too late and the chain is already over.

For TMRs, I got a successor from the friend point moogles, and.... a hanzo gauntlet. Yay?
I cashed in a bunch for Buster Style/Masamune, then another 200% for Ayaka/CG Lasworm, and a minerva bustier for Ayaka, so I'm trying to hold back a little.
Potentials are: Sparky, Mateus's Malice, Nicky's Coat and Aileen's TMR. Did you get any of those? I really don't know if any are ones I "need" right now.

And you did the entire step-up and no *****? I assumed the final step was a guarantee?
I just read the small print... so it's just a 5x rate... which means, what, 3% x 5 = 15%? That's pretty stingy of them. Is he even worth it?
Congrats on Aileen anyways though. I have one of her recently but haven't touched her since I'm not sure what to do with her. Before Nicky she'd be a good MP battery, but now not so much. I have a pair of L100 Williams though. He was a common pull during the Sephy banner, did you get him? A double quake might be the perfect setup for Aileen.

It's almost sad how my wed nights are almost dedicated to using up as much NRG/Orbs I can before the deadline.

I've just been tearing through the story mode. I just finished beating the Marbolo Rider. The story takes a LOT of interesting twists, it's one of the main reasons I'm playing this game right now.
I'm focusing on finishing all the missions to get every shred of lapis I can. One thing that was cool/funny is now that I have many more 5*s, I went back and re-played all the battles with Sol (there are 4 of them). When I first played them I was just happy to beat him, but I just went through all 4 battles and destroyed him while completing all the missions in the process. I knew Power creep is real! ...but I didn't think it would be this fast.

I didn't do the step up. Unlike the 25k this one doesn't guarantee 5*. I'm not wasting lapis I did that 5k pull against my better judgment but it worked out for once so I'm content. I'm not wasting anymore tickets on this banner. Already burned through 25 or so.

Yeah and it wasn't a extended maintenance for once! I farmed some more crysts for the heck of it before game went down. Forgot arena orbs.

Have you done anymore on collecting Bokkans or are you done with that?

I still need to redo the first Sol fight. That's the worst as far as I have had so far. The others weren't nearly as bad

Yeah, they've finally changed the LB reqs. As you know that's the thing that's been keeping me from awakening my 5*, and now those 100 Pots will help me get back up to speed.

The first Sol battle is ironically the hardest I think too. Some of the later ones he doesn't even bother casting dispelga, so you keep all your buffs, which makes the battle a cakewalk.

I'm done collecting bokkens except for maybe doing 3 runs for the daily quest. I got everything I need (all mogs, exclusive gear, cheap 5* mats. Right now they're useful because when you fully LB a 5* you end up needing 100 LBs to hit L20, so that 1 mini-burst pot becomes important.

I'm happy we get the monastery vaults. I missed that event. Now I'm deciding whether to grind on the ability crysts, finish off the story or finish all those missions that I've neglected. I do want to finish the story though so I get that bonus mog ( <- I'd recommend you get as far as you can in the story too for that!)

What about this enhancement equipment? I can do my draco spear (lmao my stupid phone auto corrected to crack spear) and so much more atk, spr and mag heavy weapons. And I see I can get a second bowie *****. How are you tackling this?

So far I have done 2 10/10 complete runs and came up with nothing. Altogether I probably done close to 50 rounds and best thing I picked up seal of skill and magic lvl 3 for my omnirod! I loaded my one bowie ***** up with boost spr each round lvl 1 and decent spr %s only to forget that cg fina cant equip it :1orglaugh

I decided in meantime to make a mix of atk and mag weapons. Especially for Loren. Currently I have stoss spear still on Aranea but if I can build a bowie and maybe the Genji I might surpass the stoss spear

Yeah, I saw that. I'm still doing research on what's best. I might give it a try with Sephy's Masamune as that's my strongest weapon, so an extra 30% would be crazy! 195 ATK??

But right now my focus is with the 1/2 NRG ending soon. Now that I got all the 3* and 2* espers, all I need is the last one... Baha.
The Vaults will be on for another week after the NRG ends, so I think I'm going to put that on the back burner... but I'm definitely getting that shield & katana!

So priorities are until Wed mainty are:
1) Baha hunting this weekend
2) All missions cleared for the Ability Cryst caves
3) Get to Hellstya in the story
4) Try the equip enhancement

Well this is only for a week so enhance whole can. It's all rng. So might get 30% might not. Also have chance of running into Iron Giant. I haven't yet and I have done around 70 or so rounds thus far. Hope I don't because if you lose any round you lose it all. I quit once I got seal of skill and magic. So enhance what you always use. And I been enhancing the weapons with man killer, ***** and dragon just for good measure. I plan on enhancing all. Also it's not permanent. You can go back through and try again for better, at the end you have a choice of keep previous set up or newest.

Also orbs take an hour to replenish. You get individual raid style point rewards plus orb replenish items. Or 100 lapis to refill the 10 orbs. Remember ONE WEEK to take advantage.

That's my goals the vortex missions. I'll do the exploration tomorrow. But I'm enhancing all my powerful weapons. I have 6 so far done up nice. Once I get what I want I'll tinker around and hope for rare enhancers.
