Since I can not only read, and translate English, and have a pretty good working vocabulary, I can honestly say you are completely in the dark on what Rush said; he clearly didn't insinuate Obama was responsible for any of the actions of the terrorist at Ft. Hood.
Reread it over a few more times, maybe ask Mrs Jolly to help you and maybe you'll get the gist of what he said.

I don't know what you or Rush think that statement represents but the intent is to have the listener consider Obama's role in a circumstance where no apparent link exists. The statement is a text book insinuation....which is to suggest something indirectly. The effect on the listener if Rush's nonsense is bought is that Obama could taken an action that could have prevented the incident.

As usual, you are revealed as dishonest and sneaky, although not really very slick...you could just as well say (and probably will/have) he said "...Obama was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan.”
He said a bit more and what he said is a complete statement, but of course you cut in the middle and left out the relevant beginning statements, thus changing what was said into what you said, not Rush. That's a simple way to make fake statements sound factual, but anyone with minimum reading skilss can read and get what Rush said, and it is pretty accurate.
All over the radio and tv "dial" the various media types and talking heads from every spectrum are discussing the terrorist's motives for the attack...stress, torment over his religion, precombat stress (please!), peaceful Islamic killing of Infidels in the name of Allah, his anger and hatred for US forces being in Islamic countries, and Obama not pulling them out...his fantasy, not anyone elses...and Rush commented on that situation.
His premise is if we were to use the same method the media and the Dems (like yourself) like to use and make PC excuses, it would sound like this...etc.
Nothing you cut out of what he actually said will change what he said, and it's accuracy...not even a nice try.

I understand how attempted to off shift the weight of what he was preparing to say. He was pathetically trying to lay the framework for his impending words implicating Obama. Anyone familiar with Rush should be familiar with how he uses this tactic all the time. It's just a way of creating cover for what he wants to assert.
