We've definitely gotten reports about OCSMs, including a few about the one in question. However, that is something for the administrators to handle, not us.

The mods don't handle trolling reports? Or they just don't handle stuff leveled against OCSMs? Either way that's interesting...

OCSMs specifically. It might have something to do with the fact that they're business associates of sorts, and the company doesn't want some geek that lives in his mom's basement and subsists on Cheetos and root beer to handle matters with its business associates (sorry to rat you out, Plasma).
