2007 MLB Thread

truer words my ass. fox would wish for the indians.
IAF, you know how it goes...it's all about the big markets when it comes to the networks...they want either the yanks or the angels I'm sure...personally I would much rather watch the indians but the networks want to hook the millions of casual fans teams like the yankees have...people who just wear the hat and don't follow the team...they always tune in at playoff time
If my yankee's can't win, which come on it's the yankee's... I "hope" my husbands "team" does, in which his team just got lucky that's all...
Welcome mrs.forever! Glad you've decided to come on board! I'm sure there's been alot of baseball talk around your house this week!

Wow! Of all the threads to get the wife to sign up to this site it's a baseball thread! IAF = lucky guy!
Welcome aboard mrs. forever!

I see a few members counting the Yankees out and making excuses :nono: ... the problem with the Yankees is that they are always expected to kick that ass. Their second problem is their pitching staff. In the past, they had the most lethal rotations especially for the postseason. This year they are average, at best.

But they can still pull this series out. :yesyes:

In their last two games it seems to be the offense that is tanking.

The NLCS has been decided. It will be the Colorado Rockies vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks.

does that sound as funny to you as that does to me. And the other scenario was Phillies v Cubs, :1orglaugh

ALCS = WORLD SERIES *the rockies or dbacks are not the cardinals*

I still keep saying "How in the hell did the Rockies make it this far?" Then again, I'm still in shock from the Mets collapse. At least the Phillies got swept, that's some kind of retribution. I'm actually believing the Rockies could make it to the World Series.

Alright, tonight starts the comeback. 3 games in a row. Yanks make the ALCS and if they don't, then go Indians because I'll be damned if I have to watch the fucking Red Sox in the series.
