I'm not knocking trucking company owners, but - to me - common sense would be listening to experts.

Fuckin' World's Tallest Midget. He had this cringy catch phrase for selling memberships too. He'd say, almost begging while practically laying on the front desk, "If you kick it down I will dial it in." What kind of douchebag says that?
