i love this gimmick
the boogie man was ok for the first few months, and then the gimmick just plain sucked and went straight down hill, thanks a lot shane
I was so disappointed when i realized half way through raw that jerichos opponent was cm punk
i knew there was something.

Adam Copeland ranks among some of the greatest heels the industry has ever produced. Prior to the draft Edge was the only thing that made Smackdown watchable (except for maybe JBL on commentary). Personally I never care to see him as a face again, he's found his calling as a heel.

edge is good as a heel, but i just dont like some his gimmicks, like when he was with lita and when he was with vicky, he can do so much better than those crappy gimmicks
The Lita gimmick wasn't really a gimmick. It was a real life drama that was displayed in front of the whole world to see. It's the reason Lita left WWE.
That was funny last night when the fans were bugging JBL while he was getting out of the limo.

IMO, that was one of, if not the most disappointing "comeback" match I've ever seen. It ended with a kick to the head after like 2 minutes of wrestling...really? God, I still remember how pissed I was when that happened.

When Matt Hardy made his comeback during the whole Edge and Lita gimmick. He wrestled Edge at a PPV and got kicked in the head...and then the match ended.

The match is about 5 minutes long in total. Edge kicks Matt Hardy at around 6:00 into the video (there is about 1:30 of entrances).
The crowd lets out a nice BOOOOOOO.
I was referring to the real life drama that caused that storyline to come about. Matt Hardy being injured then finding out that his girlfriend Amy Dumas was cheating on him with his friend Adam Copeland who in turn was cheating on his wife. Matt then kicks Amy out of the house, the fans found out about what happened and started to verbally assault Amy and Adam on screen. Matt was then fired by WWE when he was the victim in all of this. The "We want Matt chants" started and the verbal assaults continued and Vince couldn't stop it no matter what he did so his answer was to bring Matt back and have it play out in on screen storyline. By this time Matt was to launch fake attacks on the internet to hide the fact that he was rehired and then eventually be brought back on tv by invading WWE television and then be put into a match against Edge to end the storyline. Amy however was very upset that her personal baggage was being displayed this way mostly because she was the main target of all of the verbal abuse from the fans. Something she had never had to go through before. She started thinking about retirement around the time of the storyline but she held off until Trish retired. Even after Trish retired Amy was still verbally abused by the fans and she finally decided to retire. She wasn't even given a send off like Trish was despite what she contributed to the Women's Division. It wasn't until she returned at the RAW 15 Anniversary show that she was given the respect that she deserved back and she and Matt are friends again. As you can tell I pretty much followed this saga as it played out.
