It seems that the Juventus scandal has kinda federated the players.
The Italian team is a great one, they have a fucking great fighting spirit...

Whoever be in the Final, France or Portugal, Italy will be their stronngest oponment of all the competition...

I read this somewhere. But beware countries who will play the "small final", DON'T GET 3RD PLACE. At least if you want to compete in the European Championships in 2008. Just take a look at the history:

WC 1982: Poland 3rd. EC 1984: Poland not in.
WC 1986: France 3rd. EC 1988: France not in.
WC 1990: Italy 3rd. EC 1992: Italy not in.
WC 1994: Sweden 3rd. EC 1996: Sweden not in.

I am stoked for tomorrow's game!
and thinking about it...the Germany-Italy game wasn't boring, it was defensive. But where Italy came out kicking in over-time, Germany seemed to lay back.

Still...how about the ending?

My Congrats to Italy...Hopefully it will be a Portugal Italy Final..I read somewhere that Italy makes the finals Like the every 3 world cups...2006,1994,1982,1970 and so they kept up the streak...

yes, our german team was at his best...they have fought like warriors against Italy...and they agressive and defensive at the same time...and nobody can say, this was boring...hell, no...but i think the problem was the condition of the german team, i think because of the weather or something else...the team was defintily on the same level like italy, yes Sir...

i´m still ******...this is so sad...damn...

119' of pure tension... then the conclusion just before the penalities.

We are going to be the world champions. Nobody (Except Zaccardo but he usually Play for Italy, not against Italy) surpassed our defence yet, and our ****** now is not half bad. I hope to see Inzaghi in the final match for he could be the one to score the decisive goal.

I thought that the Germany V Italy game was the second best of the tournament. The game was quite attacking with both teams going for it but also the defences played really well and it took 2 brilliant goals to split the teams. Glad the match never went to pens.
Think it is only fair to say how good a game the ref had. Officials have been hammered left, right and centre in this tournament but the Mexican in charge was brilliant.
