I don't like any white rappers, and I dislike most black rappers. I pretty much hate the genre now. It was my 'rebel' music back in '89, '90, '91 and then I got tired of it and alienated by its true nature. The Roots are awesome though!

Every rapper that's comin' from the south with a few exceptions : Outkast is ok, Goodie Mobb is ok , Scarface is ok and Three 6 Maffia is aight. All the rest are crap.

I can see why people don't like Kanye. Me, personally, I like him because he's very creative and is never afraid to go outside the box. Plus, his lyrical skills have come a long way....

...But, Common!? Could you please explain what you don't like about him? To me, he's one of the only rappers who brings the true essence of hip-hop. Plus, him and Kanye are like the perfect pair.

He was the pioneer of this new form of rap music.
Nelly is basically soulja boy and lil wayne put together.
WHat I mean by that is he was just as popular as lil wayne(even more popular actually) but had lyrics probably worst than soulja boys.
