I'm just into Season 8 of "The Walking Dead." Overall very good, but I have .. three episodes where I was skeptical. Two with the boy doing things that he wouldn't / shouldn't, and at least one show with dozens of bullets flying around, and no one even getting wounded.

The death of Carl totally killed the season for me. Why would you kill a character that fans love so much and who has had such a great character act ? If you want ot kill an important character, kill Daryl or Carol who haven't changed for the last 2-3 seasons, not Carl. Let alone the fact that at the beginning of the season he started making his own choices, sometimes even deying Rick. And he has the great relationship with Negan.
Really a terrible move by Scott Gimple...

Finished watching season 4 in April.
Season 4 story line was lame, it's probably why it was cancelled.


I was surprised to find a sequel series of 13 episodes, with about 7 of the original cast.
I guess this can be considered as the 5th season, it's better than season 4.

I'm I think half way through "Better Call Saul" (end of Season 2). The first episode / season were very sketchy, and I almost bailed. It got better.
