You can't send takedown request just because of NAME, it has to be her and i won't doubt if she was escort. I mean if you see her earlier pics before she even existed has "lingerie model" You will see many random people took pics with her and it was always in Clubs, Studios and even Cars.

It's very possible that that's exactly what happened. She just started a DMCA campaign on any video that had her name attached to it without actually watching any of them. False DMCA claims go through fairly often, especially on websites where there are so many videos that the people who one these sites don't actually have time to go through each an every one to make sure it's valid. It's stupid I know, but it happens all the time. Also I think if she was an escort then we would have found out by now, or at least we would have seen her tits. I can't think of many pornstars or models who are escorts that don't even show a little nip every once in a while. And they certainly don't fly under the radar as an escort for that long before everybody knows. That doesn't mean she isn't the woman in the video. It could very well be her, but there isn't any way for us to know for sure.

Oh, come on. It's Robert's money. He can spend it as he wishes. And hey, the mere fact he posted an update for others to save their money (if so inclined) is something to be thankful for. I'm sure there are others out there who were thinking about it...but perhaps after reading Robert's post, they'll decline.
