Week-long heatwave set to hit UK

you can have the heat i hate the heat which is why i stay in michigan but hell it has been 90 plus for weeks

How hot is 29c?

84.2 degrees farenheit.

Hopefully this wave will hit over in Ireland, every time barbeque weather kicks in I find myself busy with something so I can't get my meat on, and this time around I have a whole free week.
Also, yes, I just said "get my meat on". Do with it as you will.

Funny when I read this I was concerned. 32° C is the average on a hot South African summer's day, in Johannesburg. In Pretoria, 50km north, it is 34° at least.

i hate the heat in our country, i went to Magaluf not too long ago and loved it, when its hot here its horrible!

It's the level of humidity.

I know what you mean, here it's a really nasty sticky heat whereas in other countries it can be so much hotter but it's comfortable. I suppose that's like all big cities.

London was unbearable last Friday - very humid and very warm.

London tends to get very humid July/Aug : I was over there on business,
Couldn't wait to get out of it, given the conditions.
