Grand Theft Auto III (PS2) - 100% once
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (PS2) - 100% once
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2) - 100% once
Medal of Honor: Vanguard (PS2) - twice
Battlefield: 1942 (PC) - three times
James Bond: Agent Under Fire (PS2) - twice
James Bond: From Russia With Love (PS2) - three times
Gran Turismo 1,3,4 (PS1 and PS2 respectively) - once each
James Bond: Nightfire (PS2) - twice
James Bond: Goldenye (N64) - around 8-10 times (my first favorite game ever)
SOCOM: U.S Navy Seals (PS2) - once

I've beaten THPS 1 and 2 several times throughout the years.
The story modes anyway, I never had the patience to find all the damn gaps.

XBOX 360 Games:
Left 4 Dead-All Campaigns-6 times, 4 times co-op.
Left 4 Dead 2-All Campaigns-4 times, 3 times co-op.
Gears of War 1-3 Times, once co-op.
Gears of War 2-3 Times, once co-op. All 50 waves of Horde mode on Insane difficulty as well. I suggest having 4 people playing at once.
Modern Warfare 2-3 times.
PS3 Games:
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune-2 times.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves-2 times. Once co-op.
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare-2 times. Once I beat the game in 3 hours during a snow storm that cancelled classes.
Soul Calibur 4-I have beaten the game with every character except Yoda, at least twice.

I played all of the games from the Sands of Time trilogy so much that the artwork on the front of the discs have faded and two of the games flat out refuse to play anymore. I also beat God of War, Chrono Trigger, Contra, Super Mario World, and Zelda quite a bit as well.
