Not true. I was very happy they released an old party in multicam, albeit not a great party. And I'd be absolutely overjoyed if they released all of the old parties from the golden age of PH.
PHGC 37 and 39 have been relatively excellent, relative to all the other PHGC dross. If these had been released in 2007 you'd probably not rank them as particularly good parties.
The problems plaguing current PH are numerous and have been discussed at great length here. Some of them are beyond Tainsters control such as more awareness of the internet now compared with a decade ago, the difference in girls dress sense now meaning that the line between amateurs and pros is not as clear and you lose that authentic amateur feel.
However, many of them are either structural or to do with execution. If you film a party in the daytime with a load of badly or non paid girls with no free booze, hire lame strippers who have no game, focus all the attention and camera work on the pros and edit most of the amateur action away anyway whilst more than doubling the length of each party release, you're gonna produce a lot of turds.
