If they would just release the DVD through their sites that you have to become members to get they would make MORE money. I do like the tiered pricing that you have, just a bit of Capitalism in porn is not a bad thing.

It would also help the industry if BangBros/Brazzers/Vivid all threw their money and muscle behind creating the iTunes of Porn. An application that runs exactly like iTunes that sells 15-20min scenes for 99cents--$1.29 The files could somehow have some kind of digital rights attached to the file so that it can't be copied onto another machine. The downloaded scenes basically have to reside within a certain file or else they become corrupt.

As an
"amateur"/solo site in the business over the past 10+ years, we have seen a lot of companies come and go. Most of them that failed did so because of their egos, they thought they were untouchable, and had fun blowing all of their money. A lot of companies treated their customers like crap, not allowing people to cancel from recurring memberships, putting up fake solo girl websites with 10 updates, recycling content, stealing content themselves, producing "tube" sites to steal more of their competitors content to try to put them under, etc.
All it got them was for all of you to not trust them, and for the general public to stop spending money with those companies.
I think there will be us girls who run our own websites that will be around for a long time. First, we enjoy it, we don't mind working every waking hour on our own business, we interact with our members, we actually have fun producing our own content, and what you see with most of us is real.
Plus it gives us all a reason to have sex with our friends

While I think the basic premise is solid, that idea would last all of three milliseconds in practice, because it's a direct violation of Clause IV of the DMCA. By said clause, you can't just sell someone a file (music movies or otherwise) and say "this is the only place you can ever use it", because the purchaser has a right to access the file in a means of their choosing. Allowing 5 authorized computers access to the file is pretty much industry standard, and would probably work with the proposed system.
