Despite a lot of disapproval from fans, if this ECW thing is done even with Vince Russo booking it's got to be better than Vince's vision of ECW. If they have RVD, and bring in free agents Sandman, Dreamer and Sabu (LEGEND!) this might work.

You never know!

TNA could never make it like ECW was originally.

That would have to be done by Heyman or me. ;)

Vince's version of ECW.

If you have seen the DVD Rise and Fall of ECW, you already know Vince didn't know anything he was talking about in that DVD.

They were the competition and Vince had to kill it and WCW.
I can't wait until he is finally gone for good.

I remember reading that RVD went to Vince to try and pitch ideas and that Vince said the only reason fans chanted ECW was because HE made them chant ECW. RVD said he gave up on the new ECW after that.

ECW as we knew it, is dead and buried and NEVER coming back.
All the talent who made it what it was are either out of shape, physically broken down or just weak of mind at this point and could NEVER revive it.
The only way it could work is if Paul E. and some of the old talent started fresh with new and younger talent.....and Vince's blessing and cash of course!:D

Yeah I'm watching it and feel the same way. Overall I'm not liking the show but I like the ladder match, Kurt Angle is still one of the best pure athletes in the business. Also I feel those Knockouts stipulations are a slap in the face to the Knockouts division but what else is new.

Daniels Update, Sabu's Return, iMPACT!/UK Ratings

The UK ratings for the week ending March 28th, which was the week before WrestleMania, saw iMPACT! draw 120,000 viewers, RAW pulled in 97,000 and SmackDown! had 135,000. A taped airing of the Hall of Fame ceremony drew 58,000.

Starting on May 16th, Christopher Daniels will be making a regular for WFX Wrestling in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Minus May 7th, he will be appearing every third Friday for the promotion. Kip James, Larry Zbyzsko, Charlie Haas, Kevin Thorne, and Gangrel are also regulars for the company.

Which TNA Knockout Works A Side Job?

Though the TNA Knockouts may be big stars on television, it doesn't necessarily make ends meet especially when said talent is being infrequently booked. At least one Knockout has a side job as TNAWrestlingNews.com has learned that Taylor Wilde works at sunglasses shop in her hometown of Toronto. She is also pursuing a degree in psychology at York University.

It should be noted though that 'Generation Me' recently noted in an interview that they were paid well enough by TNA that neither needed a side job.

Article

Taylor Wilde has been with TNA for a long time and she doesn't get paid enough and Generation ME is paid more!?

That's wrong. :nono:

TNA Wanted A Top ROH Star.

TNA officials aired interest in Roderick Strong when his contract with Ring of Honor expired. However, TNA didn't issue a contract offer and he ended up re-signing with ROH.

On another note, Strong is WWE wrestler Evan 'Matt Sydal' Bourne's roommate in real-life.

Article

TNA has enough people right now. They should focus on paying people that have been with the company for the longest.

Like Taylor Wilde.

TNA Impact came on 5 minutes late on Thursday night, at 9:05 Eastern. Maybe you should have waited an extra 5 minutes. :D

I know because I watched it.

PFFFT

They shouldn't have moved and replays should still be on Saturday.

So, it is their fault, they lost viewers.

I hope they change soon or someone like the NWA buys them.
TNA is just more and more disappointing.
