Major Update on the Developing Jeff Jarrett/TNA Situation
by Nick Paglino
Jul 20, 2009

According to sources I have spoken with today, it appears that the situation with Jeff Jarrett taking personal time off from TNA may be a bit more complicated than some reports have stated. Two different stories have been circulating as to why Jarrett was not at Victory Road last night and has been pulled from subsequent Impact tapings this week.

One story floating around backstage is that Jarrett has actually been suspended by TNA, probably due to the Karen Angle implication, however that rumor has seemed to have died down and most backstage do not see a suspension as the reason why Jarrett is not around.

The more accurate rumor, however, is claiming that there was some type of internal power move made by Kurt Angle in which he told Dixie Carter that either he or Jarrett had to go, and that if Jarrett didn't take some time off, then Kurt would, as he is not happy with the way Jarrett is running things in TNA right now.

Additionally, I was told that very few people are upset that Jarrett is not around right now.

TNA founders Jeff Jarrett and Jerry Jarrett

So, how can Jeff be suspended or Kurt Angle have any say?

Angle is injured and he's thinking of retiring and acting full time.

Because Jeff is only the vice president after Jerry sold his shares to Panda Energy which own 72% of TNA Dixie Carter is the president of TNA.

Big Update: Angle Threatens to Quit if Jarrett's in Control
by Nick Paglino
Jul 20, 2009

In an update to the developing Jeff Jarrett/TNA situation, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Kurt Angle was overheard telling people at the house show in Winston-Salem, NC this past Saturday night that he will NOT sign a new TNA contract if Jeff Jarrett remains in control of creative. He furthered his comments by saying that he wants control of the booking team and that if he does not receive such control he will not re-sign with TNA when his contract expires in the fall.

The current booking plans that are in place are expected to last throughout the next several weeks, and it's interesting to note that plans to have a Jarrett/Eric Young feud have been scrapped.

Many backstage are said to be in total agreement with Kurt Angle as they are unhappy with the way Jarrett has been booking TNA TV for quite sometime now. The only ones in the company who are siding with Jarrett in this matter are those who have been die hard Jarrett supporters from the very beginning.

He should have sold enough to his *** so he could be in control or at least co-owner.

I want Angle gone. He's nothing but a whiney instigator.
I believe McMahon sent him to TNA to destroy it from within.

Angle needs to go and soon.

Jeff Jarret need to find a way to get enough shares back to be in control of TNA.

He had to sell to Panda Energy because TNA were going bankrupt after one of their sponsors pulled out.

He needs to find another sponsor and he needs to own or co-own TNA. ;)

Jeff Jarret has worked too hard and long for Angle to take over.
If that happens I'm done.

Not going to happen TNA as a company needs Panda Energy to keep giving them $$$$$$ more than they need Jeff,TNA hardly make any profits.

PWInsider.com is reporting that several TNA stars, including Traci Brooks, Christy Hemme and Hernandez, are expected to return to TV at the set of Impact tapings this week.

I can't wait to see Traci back on screen,:nanner: layin' down some Knock-Out law and flaunting her massive cleavage.

Great to hear they will all back. I really, really missed Traci Brooks!

IT really was a case of beauty and the ***** when Abyss stepped in the ring with Georgia Salpa to promote TNA's show in Dublin.
The grappling group will be in Ireland on October 3 and The ******* was happy to tackle the gorgeous model ahead of the trip.

Abyss, a former TNA world champion, clearly had his hands full when he got to grips with Salpa.

FORMER WCW star Vampiro has broken his back after leaping 15 feet from his bedroom window.
The Lucha Libre star was ******** when a gang of robbers broke into his home last week in Guadalajara, Mexico.

A patrolling cop raised the alarm and the gang fled.

However, the 42-year-old grappler ***** through the entire incident, and when cops entered his bedroom he panicked and jumped out through his bedroom window.

The impact of the fall fractured four vertebrae in his spine, leaving him writhing in agony.

But doctors expect him to make a full recovery.
