Vince's money is dwindling. Also, he is old.
Vince could be dead in five years.

Heyman was bought out long before they said he was.
He was not paying people and so on. Heyman is a snakeoil salesman.

I don't know much about the UFC being fake but I have to find that video suspect based on the Brock Lesnar clip that the person used to make the video. He/She cut the clip to make it sound like Brock's only background is WWE and thus UFC is fake as well. This is the full clip.

how is 1 man punching another man in the face fake? maybe the outcome is rigged? but how can that be? just take the heavyweights, brock was champ & over huge so they rig him to lose to gonzaga so gonzaga is the new champ...he was a ***** leading up to the fight crushing opponents...then he beats Brock quick..2 rds? ...the guy who was built up bigger than gonzaga was brock and he loses that easy?...
then months later.... gonzaga loses his 1st title defense to Dos santos? ....why ...no HUGE hype with Dos Santos...just the guy who climbed the ladder and was next in line.. he beat gonzaga under a minute even quicker like 30 seconds... so the guy who was built up huge and beats the unbeatable man in brock...wins the belt than loses in 30 seconds to a guy they have not hyped up huge? I'm not buying it.
what is it? UFC changes titles based on flavor of the month? Stop it's not rigged. if it was there would be a lot more guys lasting a lot longer in the UFC. orlovsky, silva from back in the day.so roy nelson won TUF because it was rigged? he was a fat disgusting mess ...still is!.
RIGGED ...I am not buying it. whoever is putting that out is a dope who doesn't watch UFC. i have been watching UFC since 2004/05 they are idiots

It is rigged. Watch the video and watch the guy fall backwards and down before getting hit.
Also, a guy not getting kicked but reacting to a kick. A delayed reaction at that.

It's all about money.

TNA lawsuit News

NashvilleChanceryInfo.org reports that the hearing this Monday is a “status conference” which is to see how the parties are progressing and if they need more time, if both parties are complying with the terms of the injunction, or may require depositions or sworn statements from the involved parties.

The judge presiding over the hearting is Judge Ellen Hobbs.

ORIGINAL: WWE has filed a motion with the court yesterday in Nashville, asking for a hearing on June 4 (Monday) to discuss several issues about the lawsuit that TNA filed against them last week. They agreed and the hearing will be at 1:30 in Nashville.

WWE said that even though the court has allowed a Temporary Restraining Order and expedited discovered in the suit, WWE and TNA have been unable to agree to the order, location and dates for the depositions. They also said that John Laurinaitis, who is scheduled to be deposed, is scheduled for “previously advertised and committed television appearances” in the United States and Spain next week. He is also scheduled on the hearing for the temporary injunction order meeting on June 11.

WWE said that because of the court’s deadlines, they are worried “they will be unable to adequately prepare” for the June 11 hearing and will not be able to follow the expedited Discovery Order “without considerable inconvenience and expense”.

Jerry McDevitt has filed paperwork to represent WWE. Brian Wittenstein, the former WWE and TNA employee who is also being sued, hasn’t responded to the court or had a legal representative file paperwork saying they will defend him.

On this date in TNA history: The first episode of Impact! airs on Fox Sports Net

Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling is fast approaching its tenth year in business as a pro wrestling company, one of the only viable alternatives to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), or at least the only one with a national television deal.

It wasn't always that way, of course. For the first couple years of the organization's existence, it only ever offered weekly pay-per-view (PPV) shows. That is until they procured a television deal with Fox Sports Net in May 2004 and it was on this date in TNA history (June 4, 2004) that the first ever episode of Impact Wrestling aired.

Here's a quote from Mike Tenay announcing the deal:
"To put it mildly, the last two years have been an exciting roller coaster ride for everyone involved with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Personally, I feel like we've made great strides in presenting an innovative in-ring product. And because of our success, I'm proud to announce that in addition to our weekly preview show Xplosion and our weekly TNA Pay-Per-Views, that TNA management along with Fox Sports Net and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, will be partnering to bring you 'Impact!' - a new weekly one-hour wrestling show beginning Friday, June the 4 at 3PM on Fox Sports. Get ready for a wrestling program that will not only 'Impact!' professional wrestling, but totally change the face of it forever!"

The roster at that time featured a lot of names you know -- AJ Styles, Abyss, CM Punk, James Storm, Jeff Jarrett, Raven -- and a few you don't, as is mostly the case now. They weren't loaded by any stretch of the imagination but they it wasn't exactly a barren landscape.

Despite this, the ratings were god awful thanks to a terrible time slot on a Friday and Fox Sports Net failed to renew the deal one year later. This led to a brief period where the show was only available via online streaming until they reached a deal with Spike TV in Oct. 2005.

TNA Impact expanded to two hours in Oct. 2007 and aired its first live episode in March 2008. In an ill-fated move that was always destined to fail, the company attempted to recreate the Monday Night Wars by opposing WWE's Raw starting in March 2010. They were buried in the ratings and quickly tucked tail back to Thursday nights in May that same year.

In May 2011, the show was re-branded and named Impact Wrestling with a new color scheme and slogan -- Where Wrestling Matters. They just recently went live for a summer series with the hopes that a permanent switch could be made sometime in the future. And while it's not nearly as successful as Raw for USA, Impact generally averages one million viewers a week for Spike TV, its highest rated show.

After the jump, watch the opening video from that first episode of Impact. Sorry, folks, couldn't find complete video of it for this one.

Hernandez in line for big push

The Hernandez vs. *** Kash match at Slammiversary was added to the show to get over the strength and power of Hernandez.

TNA is reportedly very happy that Hernandez has gotten himself into great physical shape and they are firmly behind establishing him as a top babyface contender.

Gene Snitsky could be tag team partners with Mike Knox.

Mike Knox should still be Heavyweight Champion.

TNA did let Jeff Hardy be for awhile.

Velvet Sky comments on Angelina Love's release.

Angelina Love, an original member of TNA Wrestling’s Knockouts division, announced Sunday via Twitter that she has been granted her release from the organization. Velvet Sky, who initially drew fame alongside Love as “The Beautiful People,” addressed her former partner’s TNA departure.

“Such a damn shame!! So much left to do there! I know you’re gonna move on to big things bud, good luck and as always I love u!!” Sky wrote on Twitter.

Love responded to Sky, “I love u with all my heart, we did something so amazing with TBP and the memories from that will last forever! I cherish our friendship so much, thank you for EVERYTHING Ebud!!”

Their characters were portrayed as arrogant blonde Barbie dolls, whose main goal as a team was to “cleanse” the TNA roster “one ugly person at a time,” based on their belief that their physical appearance was superior to all others. The duo was such a success that even WWE took notice and made their own group of narcissistic and vain bullies. According to sources, LayCool was concocted due to WWE’s creative department being embarrassed by the Love/Sky tandem making their female talent look second-rate by comparison.

The only thing that could keep the WWE at arm's length with Angelina is the lawsuit from TNA. If they try to sign her, an argument could be made similar to what was happening concerning Ric Flair's contract and how the WWE may have been trying to re-sign him while he was still working with TNA.

If I was in the TNA front office I would do that.

TNA needs to make her an offer and bring her back.
