You might say it was all fine before Covid19 and Trump is not respoànsible for Covid19, which is true. But Trump is responsible for the response ot the pandemic and while almost all major countries are now seeing a decrease in cases and in deaths, these numbers are on the rise in the US, showing how disastrously this administration responded.
You could say "Biden/Obama wouldn't have done better" but you don't have anything to back such claim, no one could affirm wether Biden or Obama would have done better than Trump on this issue. What we know is how Obama responded to Ebola and no one could, in good faith, claim that Obama's response ot Ebola wasn't better than Trump's response to Covid19

Actually, as always, Trump acts like the con-man that he is : he passed a cognitive test, not an intelligence test.
