Yeah, your good Asian market should have some mayo in the Japanese aisle. So good. Have you ever cooked fish in mayo on a flat top or a pan? It's noms. The mayo melts and turns back into oil. Nice flavour for sure.

I know, me too! Really, anything that holds up nice to some nice grilling works. Some super fresh tuna or swordfish is divine. Anything fresh fresh fresh! Nothing beats fresh cooler water albacore tuna for me though.

Tonight I went to my friendly neighborhood McDonald's and got the #4 Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese Meal, Largest Size, with a Coca-Cola and Fries. The Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese is a fine, fine sandwich.
