The title for this contest is Miss FreeOnes and that is why the votes are biased towards FreeOnes board members who choose.
The ladies that they choose tend to be those that they interact with.
As for others having no chance to win, most of the winners in the past have not been OCSMs which is why there is a specific OCSM category.

Petra and her team have made a huge effort this year to bring us a contest that is as fair and secure as possible and I would like to thank them for that effort.

People here give their votes to OCSM because they give their votes to girls they know, girls they happen to interact with. Miss Freeones is not about the best pornstar, it is not the AVN Awards or the XRCO Awards, it is Miss Freeones, it is about members and people who happen to use Freeones website favorite pornstars.

Also, because OSCM are leading right now doesn't mean they are gonna win in the end. Last year, at the end of Round 2, Miss Hybrid was leading. By the end of Round 3, Christy Mack had took the lead and won the competition.
