Okay, I'm just back in town, so here are my ideas:
1. When someone reaches the rep limit, FreeOnes should hire a contract killer to ***** the life out of them.
2. When someone reaches the rep limit, they should become a FreeOnes team member (same overall effect as #1).
3. Eliminate rep altogether, and go to something like a "like" format.
Oh, most importantly:
4. Everyone stops caring about rep altogether, because it doesn't mean anything.
