Report: RNC spent $2,000 at sexually themed nightclub with topless dancers

Why yes, I asked, didn't I ? Listen, if it's a bad time for you right now I understand, we can always take this discussion up at a later time, perhaps when it's more convenient for you. Look, I'm not here to make foes, I simply started off agreeing with SS when this thread was in it's infancy and after this thing picked up a little steam, I couldn't help but notice that this particular republican party infraction has hit a soft spot with you. But first, you really need to concede some of the ''rough edges'' around the political party that best represents your interests (democratic) if you wish to retain any sense of credibility, be real ! For no political party apparatus is free from corruption, don't kid yourself, put yourself into the shoes of a politician, do you have any idea that the politicians' greatest difficulty is staying squeaky clean ? Do you understand that there are a plethora of temptations that confront our political figures on a day to day basis ? You don't, do you ? I couldn't care less if the staff sent me back to 1 post count, what's the difference ? :dunno:
You mean the "American Independent Party" ? You're such a collectivist at heart, doesn't that conflict with the nature of being Independent? ''conservabot groupthink'' ?, for who is filling are your head w/ these "notions", keith olberdouche or ariana annoying ? If anything, it's the democrats who blather on about how the conservatives should conduct themselves, setting up their opposition to comply with the most strict and unattainable standards of perfection, sure you'll find some infractions along the way, it's just that this one seems, well, pretty petty.

Now, when the timing is right for you we can take up some cool clean calm conversation pertaining to any of the various republican and democratic parties' deceitfulness, mendacities, craftiness, crookedness, cunningness, double-dealing, duplicity, fakery, wiliness; falseness; hypocrisy . . .

Whatever particular interest you claimed to notice I had/have with this was simply because you had no response on the point. So in typical Philby fashion you simply took up where Philby left off...changing the subject to the poster. I'm not sure why you guys don't get how pathetically transparent that gimmick is by now. I've responded in this thread no different from any other thread I've responded in on any other subject...in response to what's been posted. Sorry, you're puppy won't hunt.

I posted this thread about the RNC virtually no different from this thread I posted about Charlie Rangel (D) and his ethics violations...

Again, for the millionth time...I admittedly dog GOPers more...because I believe they are not simply worse but because they choose knowingly to be worse. Like all of the shilling in this thread. I mean, at some point something is just what it is..indefensible. But you rarely get that from beat it to fit, paint it to match GOPers.

All I think about is politics?? That's all you want to see as you've apparently missed the numerous posts on asses, movies, music, sports, drugs, science, technology, etc. I've made on this same forum.

Facetious you're free to sit down and shut up now.:o

LukeEl

I am a failure to the Korean side of my family
Come on now only $2000 I am assuming a very larger sum of money went to domanatrixes knowing how wound up those guys are.

 Lemme get this straight <chuckle>...you are saying you have no problem with the RNC using donations at strip clubs
In the grand scheme of things when we're already cozy with Trillion Dollar Deficits, Hell no ! certainly not 2 measly g-r-a-n-d. Up those stakes past $25 K and then I'd consider this a news story for either party, a page 18 in column ''A'' news story, that is.

I'm much more cuddly than Phil and you know it ! :nono:

$2000 for titties kind of pales in comparison to the $90,000 found in William Jefferson's freezer....

Just sayin'.

This is in the news not because of who spent what where. This isn't not about a bribe....

This is news for the same reason Palin's campaign wardrobe was...because it's a an apparent misappropriation of donated money.

I donate to the RNC. I could care less that they used 2000 dollars for a night on the town.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

I don't know who makes me more sick, right-wing hypocrites or left-wing sexually depraved, sexually obsessed perverts. They all make me sick.

Ever see that documentary Outrage? Ugh, they really are obsessed with the shit though.

$2000? Bunch of fucking cheapskates.
He he, that was my first thought too!

Sorry, but no. I have long complained about people in organizations -- especially non-profit and political organizations -- that misuse entertainment dollars. This is definitely misused, and I don't think anyone is excusing it.

But what I don't understand is why are they calling for the chair's head? People misuse funds regularly in various organizations, most of them get kicked out and must repay them. I seriously doubt this is allowed at all, and I'm sure it was someone's (at least later) sober conscience that reported this.

So a Republican went to a titty bar. Wow yeah that's like groundbreaking Keith Olberdunce kind of news.............wooooooo booogy wooooooooooboogy:rolleyes::rolleyes::sleep:

Aww come on now. Republicans need pussy too;)

:dunno: No prob. They should just pay for it out of their own pockets and not the coffers of donors who may not buy in to the whole lesbo stripper thing. :2 cents: <Shouldn't they?>

2,000 dollars in DC is like pocket change. Isn't that what the Pentagon charges for a pencil sharpener?

Absolutely agreed.

I don't know what is more sad, that at least one RNC member was entertaining younger people with such funds without consideration, or the people who have excused it saying it's no big deal.

For the last few years, the IRS, SEC, FTC and several other, government agencies have been cracking down on Wall Street entertainment funds spent on such non-sense. The RNC should really make an example of this RNC member.

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
  • Dressing the Palins up so that they don't look (even more) like the Wasilla hillbillies: $150,000.
  • Getting your jollies at a lesbo bondage club: $2,000.
  • Getting the American people to think that you know (or care) any more about fiscal responsibility than the other guys: Priceless! :rofl2:

i like bondage themed topless nightclubs too! me and republicans do have something in common :D

Now all you need to do is take money donated to you by people who seemingly don't believe in that stuff and pay for it. Now you're full circle.
