Tylenol PM is over medicating for most because it includes acetaminaphen [sic]. Bad for you every night !! There's single substance sleep aids available without the pain killers.
Don't go the drinking route. I've never ever ever understood why the Anglo-Amer-Irish-Aussie crowd is so obsessed with drinking, talking about drinking, encouraging drinking and joking about being ***** like a badge of honour. Drinking will not - I promise you - help you in any way at all.

You should get morning shifts. I know that sounds stupid, but eventually your sleep pattern will change.
