You attached it right, but a mod or admin has to approve it before it shows up as a picture in a post instead of a pending attachment.
All the captions are being approved, patience is just needed until someone who can approve it approves it.

.gif I made - low quality to keep it around 3 MB, but it has 19 frames. All the same picture with different text. I don't know I was just bored and wanted to mess around with something.
Btw this .gif really makes no sense, but I did make it, so that pretty much solves why it doesn't make any sense.
This is not a contest entry btw. Just was bored and thought I'd share it.
