is over-the-top and obviously ridiculous. First question to come to mind is - based on what?
Heck, my neighbor down the street could be the sexiest woman alive for all we know.

She's certainly not ugly and she is quite striking. But IMO, a whole bunch of women would have to suddenly drop dead in order for her to be the sexiest woman alive.
