He needs to man up and get the tests done.
Money is the man , and personaly I think he will floor pac man in 3 rounds
Pacquiao filed suit in U.S. District Court in Nevada on Wednesday against Floyd Mayweather Jr., Floyd Mayweather Sr., Roger Mayweather, Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions executives Oscar De La Hoya and Richard Schaefer, alleging that they made false and defamatory statements accusing him of taking performance-enhancing drugs.
Also Wednesday, Top Rank chairman Bob Arum told ESPN.com that he didn't think the fight would happen and he was making plans to match Pacquiao with junior middleweight titlist Yuri Foreman on March 20 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, so Pacquiao could go for a title in a record eighth weight division.
I hope you had a very merry christmas tia? :glugglug:
At the moment it looks like the only fighting these two jellyheads will be doing is in a courtroom. :crying:
However, I've got my fingers crossed they will put their brains back in their heads, sign the contracts, do the drug tests and meet in the ring 13th March.
From what I've heard on the news the problem appears to be that Pacquiao is scared of having a few blood tests before the fight. :dunno:
If I was promoting this fight I'd send tia ling by private jet to convince him that there is nothing to worry about except losing the big fight.
This fight has to happen. I think it would be the biggest and one of the best in boxing history. :2 cents:

With time running out to save a potential March 13 megafight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., the camps are heading to mediation on Tuesday in an effort to work out their differences.
Mediator Daniel Weinstein will preside over the meeting in Santa Monica, Calif. Weinstein, a retired federal judge, also mediated the acrimonious dispute that kept Top Rank, Pacquiao's promoter, and Golden Boy, which represents Mayweather, from doing fights together for almost two years.
If mediation fails, and the fight does not get made, Arum said he will match Pacquiao with junior middleweight titlist Yuri Foreman, whom he also promotes, on March 20 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas so Pacquiao could attempt to win a title in a record eighth weight division.
Agreed
If a person says something they don't like about another person shouldn’t that be incentive to want to fight them, not back off?
To be honest, I also have to be highly suspicious of somebody that's unwilling to undergo drug testing other athletes in the world commonly go through.
I was watching a post Pacquiao V. Cotto interview today with Mayweather and he was complaining about how he is not given the credit he deserves etc. In my opinion this is true. But then I thought if he could find a way to control his verbal diarrhoea maybe this would allow people to access his boxing skills and achievements in the ring without prejudice.
In this interview Mayweather claimed that Manny was asked three times if he
wants to fight Mayweather and he refused to give a straight answer. I missed the post fight Manny Pacquiao interview. Is this true? :helpme:
If true then I think this is a clear indication that Manny feels he can’t beat Mayweather. I think most boxers have a feeling in their gut if they really think they are going to win. I feel Manny thinks not. But it’s a great money-spinner.
After nine hours in mediation on Tuesday, the camps of Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. did not reach a resolution in their effort to overcome their differences in finalizing a super fight between the top two pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
Top Rank's Bob Arum and Todd duBoef, along with their legal team, Golden Boy's Richard Schaefer, Oscar De La Hoya, their legal team, and Mayweather manager Al Haymon spent the day with mediator Daniel Weinstein at offices in Santa Monica, Calif., hoping to pave the way for potentially the richest fight in boxing history.
After beginning the process at 9:30 a.m. PT and leaving at approximately 6:30 p.m. PT, no deal had been reached."
Mediation is still ongoing," one of Top Rank's lawyers told ESPN Deportes' Jaime Mota.
Weinstein has placed a gag order on all parties. It is unclear if the talks will resume on Wednesday.
The much-anticipated showdown between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, tentatively scheduled for March 13 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, has collapsed, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN.com on Wednesday night.
The fight died after a last-ditch attempt at mediation failed in an effort to determine the drug testing protocol.
Pacquiao had agreed to move off his hard-line stance of refusing a blood test inside 30 days before the fight, but Mayweather wouldn't budge off his desire for random testing all the way until the fight, Arum said. Nor would Mayweather agree to a public apology for remarks he made accusing Pacquiao of using performance-enhancing drugs, Arum said.
Arum now plans on moving forward with Pacquiao facing Foreman, who won his 154-pound title on the Nov. 14 undercard of Cotto's 12th-round knockout of Miguel Cotto to win a welterweight belt. Pacquiao would move up in weight to try to win a title in his eighth division. Pacquiao already holds the record, having won titles in seven divisions.
