They have said there will be ‘disastrous consequences’ if the U.S. staged a similar attack on its territory but this may not mean a military threat but the feared backlash from angry militants, bear in mind the Pakistani Taliban are stronger than ever so the govt has to appear outraged by any US attack just to distance themselves from US military action. It wouldn't surprise me if the Pakistani govt was informed of the Bin Laden raid but asked the US to pretend they didn't so militants wouldn't recognise the collusion and attack the Pakistani govt. Politics in Pakistan is a murky affair and with American resentment high the govt would want to isolate itself from any US raids even if they knew and co-operated in them.
