Morrow is their captain. Just thought you might like to know. Obviously Modano is a team leader anyway though and I agree with him. Avery sucks, he's a goon and he doesn't belong in the NHL.
6-3-3 and looking good. Patrick Sharp has been stellar so far. I only wish they'd go to Huet more often than Khabibulin. It's funny, they put Khabibulin on waivers, then he clears waivers, and returns to the starting job.
They removed the *c* from Modano to give it to Morrow? Dang, i didnt know that. Does Modano have an *a* at least on his shirt?
Both are great leaders anyway. Morrow is the kind of guy everyone would like to have playing for his team

Yeah, two seasons ago. A lot of people were asking why, myself included. Modano does have an A. I guess Dallas just wanted to hand it over to a younger guy who could wear it well into the future rather than have an older guy wear it just until he retires, which should be soon in Modano's case.

I don't care about the Canes, I'm just happy that game is over so I can watch the Canucks game. Goddamn TSN and their double-headers where the Leafs always play the first game at home where the games start at 4:30 PST and always goes to OT/SO, delaying our game. Thank Christ someone scored early in OT, plus the Leafs lost, always a bonus.

I'm not too familiar with hockey. I definitely don't love it, but I don't really hate it either. It's always been one of those "eh" kind of sports to me.
But, I've always liked the Blackhawks. Jeremy Roenick, Ed Belfour, Chris Chelios and who can forget...Bob Probert. Ahh, I used to fuck people up in NHL video games with them. The good old days.
Oh, I also like Mike Modano. Does he still play for the Stars, or even at all? He's my dude.

that was ugly. once again our .44 magnum offense packed the punch of a .22
They should have a devastating offense but they are still one of the worst in the league. I really don't understand why. Mike Smith had his first so-so performance last night , I hope it's not going to happen too often.
@ Rangers tonight. we're gonna need to play like we did in Buffalo in order to win this one.
