Pens win again in the Southeast. Flordia on Monday, Montreal wed, Ranges Friday and Islanders on Sunday

Phoenix managed to shut down Philly. Not only that, but attendance is slowly climbing up.

And then, Toskala managed to shut down the fucking Capitals to lead the Leafs to victory. Though he isn't going to get any credit for it.

Tampa blew a 2 goal lead twice, but pulled it out in OT to beat the Thrashers 4-3. nice to get 2 points against a division rival.

ok. i expect a win tonight. we're at home against the Leafs (and we haven't lost in regulation at home yet). after losing to the Islanders even though they put 61 SOG, one of 2 things will happen:

1. the Leafs will be pissed and be a force on the ice
2. the Leafs will be dejected and just be rolled over.

personally, i hope it's the latter.

I just checked the stats. I find it strange that all of Toronto's offence comes from people who's last name is not Kessel.

I hope Tampa wins. The more losses Gustav gets the better.

I think Niitty had his first so-so game last night. The team played poorly defensively but he was not his usual great self.

Too bad Smith lost his shutout near the end , but it was a very fun game to watch. I liked when Tocchet put Kurtis Foster on the wing instead of defense , I think he could be great as a forward.
