Finally no one has arbitrated the constitution in this thread (at least I haven't). The joke is the clowns who keep trotting this and other circumstances, documents, laws, etc. only when convenient for their political coups.

Not that it's a problem if they do run back to the constitution...after all, that should be their fist job. The problem is they lack credibility on the idea and this most likely amounts to nothing more than another political gimmick to try and stage and assault on the WH and it's occupant.
