well the small markets are more fucked than ever. to bad the owners caved. but the Lakers really had no choice but to do something big with the clippers now relevant and OKC being legit contenders, the Lakers had to make moves. i'm impressed they somehow kept Gasol.

Wow, Wolves Shved and Kirilenko were lights out today in their winning the bronze for Russia. Shved was nailing threes left and right and Kirilenko was just their best player, that's all. I am looking forward to the Wolves season even more after getting to watch them quite a bit in the Olympics.

what do you guys think about michael beasley? apparently phx has him now.

the truth? im not exactly excited, but id like to be. unless i shouldnt be. either way.. its gonna be another bad year.

I can't wait until Oct.30th, thats when the next Nba season starts. I think this upcoming season is going to be a good one. With all the free agent acquisitions that went down theres gonna be alot more good teams to watch. I can't wait to see how the Sixers look with Bynum and how the Lakers do with Nas and Howard and if the Heat can be even better with Allen and Lewis.

The update just now is 6-8 weeks. I do agree though that our roster this year is no doubt an improvement. Doesn't help that Rubio is out as well in addition but I do trust Adleman though.

They're going to have to keep it around .500 during that time, hope they aren't plagued by injuries like last year, have guys step up and hope Love and Rubio's injuries aren't severe, long-term issues.
