Women typically have certain standards, handicapped or not, and a lot of us would not meet them for one reason or another. Put yourself in their shoes for a minute (not literally) and think about if you had a handicap. You are out with your 'normal' friends at a bar and some guy singles you out and starts hitting on you? Either you'd figure he's a perv and thinking you're an easy lay or he might actually have some real compassion. Regardless, it can't be easy for them either, figuring out who actually cares and who doesn't.

So to actually answer the question... if I found the right handicapped girl and she'd fuck me... then yes, i'd fuck her.
