Can you re-post some of your other shrimp recipies? Also, have you done a pan fried steak? Please re-post that too.

both times I was there I had the oysters for appetizer one of my all time favorite ways ive had oysters

first time I had the veal which was amazing and the last time I had the short ribs which changed the way I thought of short ribs. my friend had the grouse which was interesting.

Daniel is an amazing restaurant doing some really cool things with food. I prefer Momofuku all day and Le Bernardin though. Nothing against Daniel, I just enjoy the others more. Momofuku noodle bar is my favorite in the world without question. the pork buns and the duck are 2 of the greatest things I have ever eaten.

I would jump on a plane and... oops sorry! :)

I don't know what it's called over there but we have a cut of meat here called London Broil which is essentially the cut that produces roast beef. its quite lean but can be made to be really excellent!
here is the link to the full recipe on my blog!

PICTURES! and plz let me know how it turns out!

oh wait you're talking about a rib roast?

take your rib roast and coat it with yellow mustard or spicy mustard if you prefer. then coat it with kosher salt and pepper.

put it in a roasting pan and then surround it with mushrooms and potatoes and some garlic cloves and a few pearl onions.

put in the oven at 475 degrees F or 246 celcius for 20 minutes.

then lower the heat to 275 F or 135 Celcius and allow about 13-15 minutes per pound for rare and 15-17 minutes per pound for medium rare. the internal temp of the roast when its done will be 120 F or 48 Celcius.

Let it stand for 20 minutes before carving it.
