I have a version of Photoshop and to be honest your going to struggle. There are two things that happen if you try to make them look like magazine print or better. First you can improve the colour but the quality break up is still there. Second you can sharpen the picture but then the colour is still off. So what my friend did to try to solve these problems is sharpen it and then fill in the colour. It gave it a bit of a off colour but only slightly if you compare them to the originals.
So how does this one look then. The picture was originally a newspaper print, but the background is fake...

The reason I ask is because he did the exactly same with this one. But the original colouring was different so turn out different.
None of the ones I've posted are new. In fact they are very old from very early in Lucy's career. I've hundreds of these but never post them because of the quality.
